Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded a new contract by the Hong Kong Housing Society for the Construction of Proposed Subsidized Sale Flats Development at Anderson Road Quarry Site R2-2.

The project comprises the following major works:-

• Excavation and lateral Support Work
• Construction of 1-storey basement carpark consist of total 165nos. parking spaces
• Site formation work and construction of 2-storey kindergarten
• Construction of two 21-storey and three 15-storey residential buildings with total 1403 units
• ABWF, MEP, Fit-Out, Building Envelop & External Landscaping Work include internal road work

The project has been commenced in September 2021 and will be completed in 2025.
