History
The Group was founded in 1989, with a history of almost 30 years in Hong Kong’s construction industry. From a solid foundation and reputation following years of development, it has transformed its core operations from one initially focusing on specialized building construction and boutique-style property developments to the provision of one-stop diversified services as a major contractor and project developer. We have also successfully expanded into overseas markets, including Macau and Southeast Asia.
Corporate milestones
• Aggressive Construction Company Limited became an Approved Contractor for Public Works in Roads and Drainage – Group B under the Works Branch of the Development Bureau.
• Aggressive Construction Company Limited became a Registered Specialist Contractor in the Site Formation Works categories under the Buildings Department.
• Aggressive Construction Company Limited awarded the Certificate of Pre-accepted Modular Integrated Construction System – Steel MiC System
• Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded the first ever contract by the Architectural Services Department for the construction of Hongkong Post Headquarters Building at Wang Chin Street in Kowloon Bay. The contract is in amount of over HK$1 billion.
• Aggressive Civil & Foundation Engineering Limited has been awarded the first civil and foundation contract by Art Rich Investment Limited for the proposed residential development at Hung Shui Kui.
• Forerunner Specialist Limited awarded the Accreditation of Product Conformity Certification Scheme for Aluminium Windows (PCCS-AW) under the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
• Established Aggressive Civil & Foundation Engineering Limited, which was approved as a Registered Specialist Contractor in the Foundation Works and Site Formation categories under the Buildings Department.
• Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd awarded its first contract as a general contractor from the Hong Kong Housing Society for a project located at Area 73A, Tseung Kwan O.
Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd secured its first works project from the Hong Kong Housing Authority for a large-scale project at Cheung Sha Wan, with a total value of HK$3.6 billion.
- Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd became an Approved Contractor in Buildings – Group C (on Probation) under the Works Branch of the Development Bureau.
- Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd was admitted to the Hong Kong Housing Authority’s List of Building Contractors in Building (New Works) – Group NW2 (on Probation).
- Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd completed its first private residential project, Central Park Towers II.
- Secured the project contracts of Phases 2 and 3 of Windsor Arch in Macau, with a total value of MOP 4.2 billion.
- Forerunner Specialist Ltd. secured the project contract of La Splendeur (Lohas Park Phase 2C), involving the design, supply and installation of precast concrete elements on external walls in addition to glazing and aluminum works
- Established Forerunner Specialist Ltd.
- The Group secured the Windsor Arch project in Macau.
Secured landscape greening project of Marina Bay Sands Resort Hotel in Singapore to successfully establish a foothold in this market.
Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd served as the main contractor for L’Utopie and completed its first interior engineering project.
Aggressive Construction Co., Ltd. qualified as a Registered General Building Contractor for the Buildings Department.
