Forerunner Specialist Limited has been awarded a new curtain wall and aluminium works NSC contract by Kerry Properties for a luxury residential property development at 3 Lung Kui Road, Beacon Hill, Kowloon, N.K.I.L. No. 6533, valued at about HK$150 million.

This contract comprises the design, supply and installation of curtain wall, glass wall, glass cladding, stone cladding, metal cladding, glass balustrade, skylight and metal roof cover for 5 towers of upscale low-density residential building.

The works has commenced in October 2018 and will be completed in October 2020.
