Aggressive Construction Engineering Limited has been awarded a new contract by the Cheung Kong Asset Holding Limited for the Construction of Proposed Residential development at Yau Tong I.L. No.45 Tung Yuen Street. The development was divided to Site A and B.

 

The project comprises the following major works:

• Site A included one 23-storey residential building, 2-storey basement carpark and 1-storey club house area
• Site B included two 29-storey residential buildings, 1-storey basement carpark and one 7-storey building included 4-storey residential building and 3-storey plant room and club house area
• Total 886 flat units
• ABWF, Fitting-out works, Building Envelop and internal road works.

 

This project has been commenced in July 2022 and will be completed in August 2024
