Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded a new project by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the Construction of Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 100.

 

This contract comprises:

• Construction of five 40-storey domestic blocks
• Retail facilities
• A two-storey carpark (including one-storey basement carpark and recreational facilities on roof)
• One 12-classroom kindergartens
• An Estate Management Office
• One Neighbourhood Elderly Centre
• One Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness
• One Day Care Centre for the Elderly
• One Integrated Children and Youth Services Centre

 

The works has been commenced in July 2021 and will be completed in December 2023.
