Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded a new contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the Construction of a Public Housing Development at Tai Po Area 9.

This contract comprises:

• 8 nos. 31-storey to 35 storey non-standard domestic blocks
• Public transport terminus
• Retail facilities
• A two-storey car park (including one storey basement car park) and a one-storey car park
• One 7-classroom and one 6-classroom kindergartens
• One neighbourhood elderly centre
• An estate management office
• A refuse collection point and junk collection point building
• Elevated covered pedestrian walkway with shuttle lift tower

The works has been commenced in August 2020 and will be completed in January 2023.
