Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded a new contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the Construction of a Public Housing Redevelopment at Pak Tin Phase 10.

This contract comprises:

• Construction of one 33-storey domestic building
• A 2-storey podium contains a commercial centre with retail facilities and wet market
• The podium floors connect to the adjoining Pak Tin Phases 7 & 8
• An underground link with shops connecting to the adjoining Pak Tin Phase 11
• Site formation and associated external works including Child Play Area and Performance Stage

The works has been commenced in Sep 2020 and will be completed in April 2023.
