Aggressive Construction Company Limited has been awarded a Carcass Contract by Cheung Kong Construction Management Limited for LOHAS Park Package 8 at Tseung Kwan O Town Lot 70RP, Site H.  The contract is valued over in excess of HK$2 billion.

This contract comprises:

• 2 level podium on top of existing MTR TKO Depot. The two-level podium includes carparks and clubhouse.
• 3 nos. 49 to 55 storey residential towers that include 1,422 residential flats.
• Includes curtain wall and facade works, as well as the fitting-out works.

The works has commenced in May 2018 and will be completed in June 2021.
