Each member of our management team has long years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with deep insights into customer needs and market dynamics. Coupled with a pragmatic and effective management style, our management team has led the Group to achieve continued growth and outstanding results.
Senior Management

Mr. Chow Wai Chi, Dave
Mr. Chow joined the Group in August 2014 and is currently our Executive Manager (Commercial). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building and is a Registered Professional Surveyor of Hong Kong. He is also a Professional Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Chow has more than 30 years of quantity surveying and commercial experience in the construction industry on a variety of projects. Mr. Chow is responsible for all commercial matters of the Group’s business.

Mr. Wong Heung Man
Mr. Wong is currently Executive Manager (Technical, Engineering & Planning). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (Structural), a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers in UK. He worked in Babtie Asia Limited, Wong Ouyang (HK) Limited and Paul Y Management Limited, with involvement in several large-scale construction projects including HK New Airport Northwest Concourse, MTR Tseung Kwan O Extension and Ma On Shan Rail, HK Atrium Hotel, Residential Developments in Cyberport and Tung Chung. Mr. Wong is responsible for technical support, project planning and engineering works.

Mr. Chu Yui Chi
Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and he is currently our Executive Manager (Subletting). He has over 25 years’ working experience in construction industry and has taken part in procurement and subletting works in our Group since 2007.
Mr. Chu has participated in various construction projects including public & private residential housing, commercial buildings, public utilities and social facilities in Macau and Hong Kong. He shared his working experience in the construction field for establishing and consolidating the procurement and subletting system in our Group. He also dedicated periodical review and amendment to suit the changes in the construction industry and the market trend. Apart from the procurement procedures, he is also responsible for auditing the subcontractors’ payment certification, variation assessment and final accounts.

Mr. Wong Chun Yiu, Alvin
Mr. Wong is currently Executive Manager (Tendering). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Project Management and a Register of Accredited NEC Professional Project Manager with over 21 years’ experience in the construction industry. Mr. Wong has worked in a number of sizable construction company and has participated in tendering work for various sizable construction projects in Hong Kong and Macau. Mr. Wong utilizes his experience and expertise primarily responsible for overall management of all business tendering work and providing strategic advice to our Group.

Mr. Leung Chi Wah, Raimond
Mr. Leung joined the Group in 2009 and is our Senior Purchasing Manager. He has over 25 years’ experience in quantity surveying and purchasing and he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He is a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Mr. Leung previously worked in Gammon Construction for over 15 years, and he had participated in numerous projects including public housing, hotels, commercial development, civil projects, fitting-out, government headquarter development, etc. Apart from having in-depth technical and market knowledge of different building materials, he has hand-on experience in the supply chain management of both Hong Kong and China markets. Mr. Leung is currently responsible for the purchasing function of the Group.
