Coupled with a pragmatic and effective management style, our management team has led the Group to achieve continued growth and outstanding results.
Mr. Chow Wai Chi, Dave
Mr. Chow joined the Group in August 2014 and is currently our Senior Commercial Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building and is a Registered Professional Surveyor of Hong Kong. He is also a Professional Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has over twenty-six years of quantity surveying and commercial experience on a variety of construction projects in Hong Kong and Macau. Mr. Chow previously worked in Hsin Chong Construction Co., Ltd. for over nineteen years and had participated in a number of large scale construction projects including public housing development projects, Baptist University Campus Development, design and construction of Prince of Wales Hospital Extension Block, Venetian Macau Parcel 1 and 2, Sands Macau and the commercial development of Cyberport C3/C4. Mr. Chow is responsible for all commercial issues of the Company.
Mr. Kan Kwok Kit
Mr. Kan is currently Senior Building Services Manager. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Building Services and Energy), a Corporate Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, a BEAM Professional, a Registered Energy Assessor, and a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering. Mr. Kan has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry with involvement in various construction projects, including Hong Kong Housing Authority – Construction of Mei Tung House at Tung Tau Cottage Area East, Architectural Services Department – Design and Construction of General Out-Patient Clinic & Integrated Community Support Services Centre Cum Long Stay Care Home for Ex-Mentally Ill Persons in Area 109, Tin Shui Wai, and Construction of sports centre and public library in Area 74, Tseung Kwan O. Mr. Kan previously worked as Head of Building Services Department, with responsibility for all matters relating to management and operation of building / electrical and mechanical services of the Company.
Mr. Yuen Kam Fai
Mr. Yuen joined the Group in September 2011 and is now the Company’s Safety and Environmental Manager. He owns a Higher National Diploma for engineering technicians, UK, and is a Registered Safety Officer, with over 26 years’ related experience. He previously worked in the Occupational Safety & Health Council and Sun Fook Kong Group with solid experience in major building projects, including the Jockey Club Clubhouse, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Improvement Work, Sheung Shui Station Extension, East Hall Expansion at Hong Kong International Airport, and the Disneyland project. Mr. Yuen is currently responsible for the Group’s safety and environmental work.
Mr. Wong Heung Man
Mr. Wong is currently Executive Manager (Technical, Engineering & Planning). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering and has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK and a Registered Professional Engineer (Structural). He worked in Wong Ouyang (HK) Limited and Paul Y Management Limited, with involvement in large-scale construction projects such as Atrium Hotel, Phase 5 Residential Development at Cyberport, and a residential project in Tung Chung. Mr. Wong is responsible for technical planning.
Mr. Ho Kang Tak
Mr. Ho is currently Senior Engineering Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience in construction management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK. Having worked in Gammon Construction Limited and Hip Hing Construction Group for many years, he was involved in several large-scale construction projects, including International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, Sorrento (residential project above Kowloon Station), Hong Kong Police Headquarters, Route 3 (Country Park Section) and Ocean Pride (residential project above Tsuen Wan [West] Station). Mr. Ho is currently responsible for providing technical support and design for engineering works.
Mr. Li Ko Kei
Mr. Li is currently Building Services Manager. He has over 20 years’ experience in construction management and holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Li had worked in Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited and Hsin Chong Group for many years, with involvement in large-scale construction projects, including Hong Kong Housing Authority – Tak Long Estate (a public rental housing estate with more than 8,000 flats) and Sands Cotai Central in Macau. Mr. Li is currently responsible for building work on the Hong Kong Housing Society’s Mount Verdant project.
Mr. Wong Wing Kwong
Mr. Wong is currently Building Services Manager. He has over 30 years’ experience in construction management and holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Master of Philosophy Degree in Engineering. Mr. Wong had worked in Hip Hing Construction Group for many years, with involvement in large-scale construction projects including: Manulife Tower at Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Double Cove in Ma On Shan, One Central in Macau and other residential projects. Mr. Wong is currently responsible for engineering work on Ocean Pride, a large-scale housing estate in Tsuen Wan West.
Mr. Chow Kai Pong, Andy
Mr. Chow joined the Group in July 2009 and is currently our Executive Project Manager. He owns a Master’s Degree in Building Engineering and has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a corporate member of The Chartered Institute of Building and The Hong Kong Institution of Construction Manager. Mr. Chow had participated in various large-scale construction projects in Hong Kong and Macau, including Cybersport Residential Phase RIII & RIVa, HK Science Park Phase IIC, Macau City of Dream Complex Development & Windsor Arch, “Star by the Habour” at Hung Hom, and “Yuccie Square” residential development at Yuen Long. Mr. Chow is handling the Residential Development Project of Hong Kong Housing Society at Tseung Kwan O.
Mr. Chu Yui Chi
Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and he is currently our Senior Subletting Manager. He has over 25 years’ working experience in construction industry and has taken part in procurement and subletting works in our Group since 2007.
Mr. Chu has participated in various construction projects including public & private residential housing, commercial buildings, public utilities and social facilities in Macau and Hong Kong. He shared his working experience in the construction field for establishing and consolidating the procurement and subletting system in our Group. He also dedicated periodical review and amendment to suit the changes in the construction industry and the market trend. Apart from the procurement procedures, he is also responsible for auditing the subcontractors’ payment certification, variation assessment and final accounts.
Mr. Leong Sio Keong
Mr. Leong is currently Executive Manager (Tendering). He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Master of Business Administration and has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Leong worked for the sizable construction company before joining our Group, such as Hsin Chong Construction Company Limited and Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited etc.. Mr. Leong is currently responsible for tendering and estimating.
